Tower Cancer Research Foundation, located on the Westside of Los Angeles in Beverly Hills, is a non-profit organization dedicated to cutting edge cancer therapy that is administered with a compassionate, human perspective.
The Foundation works to maintain a level of one-on-one care that larger research institutions simply cannot match. Our physicians are with the patient from the moment they walk in the door and they remain by their side every step of the way.
The Foundation studies are done in conjunction with renowned research institutions such as Dana Farber Medical Center at Harvard, Johns Hopkins Hospital, The National Cancer Institute, MD Anderson Cancer Center, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, City of Hope, and the Translational Genomics Institute (T-Gen).
Because The Foundation believes in treating the whole person, we also provide support services such as patient mentoring, a breast cancer support group, free workshops on topics such as acupressure and nutrition, and support for caregivers. The Foundation provides a free Information and Resource referral service to the Los Angeles community to help navigate the overwhelming world brought on by a cancer diagnosis.
To disseminate the most current cancer information, The Foundation has several educational newsletters on cancer research and it's active clinical trials. These are newsletters geared to the lay public as well as physicians and oncologists. The Foundation also holds free public lecture series on cancer topics.
